    Cultivar: the Souri variety (also called Souriana) is found in the southern half of Lebanon, which includes Mount Lebanon, South, Bekaa and extends into northern Palestine. The variety takes its name from the ancient Phoenician capital of Sour and is considered one of the oldest and the finest varieties in the world

    The Sommelier note: full-bodied, robust, high-intensity flavor with medium bitterness and intense pungency. Delicate aroma with notes of olive leaves, tomato leaves, artichoke, black pepper and pine nuts

    The Sommelier note: full-bodied, medium-intensity olive oil with pleasant bitterness and pungency. The aroma includes a medium-high fruity aroma with green herbs and green olive fruity notes, contributing to the oil's complexity
