After a joint 2 year PhD program backed by the European Union, Orchards of Laila has perfected the art of olive oil infusion while considering both the long-term food safety and the optimal point of flavor to olive oil ratio.

Sommelier note: blending the rich, earthy aroma of truffles with the smooth, fruity undertones of premium cold pressed olive oil combines the truffle’s robust, umami flavor and olive oil’s natural richness.

Food Pairing: drizzle over risotto, pasta or pizza; great finishing touch for creamy soups, eggs, mushrooms and mashed potatoes. This infusion elevates even the simplest dishes to gourmet status.
