Chef Suleiman is the founder of the Hospitality Professionals Academy (HPA) and a professor at Dekwaneh School for Hotel Management. A true pioneer in culinary education, he has trained generations of chefs and hospitality professionals through a hands-on, deeply rooted approach that blends tradition with innovation. Beyond the classroom, his work through Lebanese Master Chef continues to elevate the culinary arts by bringing authentic Lebanese cuisine to life with modern sophistication.
